Premio Caruso 2008 Beatles Tribute Friday 8th of Agosto Sorrento “Premio Caruso” a big musi event, direct on the first TV channel. This year with the festival there is also a Beatles Tribute concert. The wonderful theatre on the sea of Marina Grande in Sorrento will be the scenary for a great event. It will be transmitted on Rai International channel and Rai Usa channel. The festival is dedicated to the fomous tenor Enrico Caruso, who lived in Sorrento, and prizes the artists that diffuse italian music and culture. This year some italian artists will sing Beatles' most famous songs in a big tribute to Lennon, McCartney, Harrison e Ringo Starr.
